Current Status: I am now semi-retired and seeing only a limited number of my existing patients and a very few new patients.

Scheduling: I do my own scheduling. If you are an existing patient, you can contact my office to schedule.

Insurance Billing: Dr. Brooks’ office can bill insurance for payment if she is covered by your insurance plan. The only insurance she is contracted with to be in-network is Medicare; for all other insurances, including if your Medicare Advantage policy restricts who you can see, she will be out-of-network. A 20% discount is offered for payment when insurance is not billed.
